    I'm not sure what you mean. I've had a Microsoft Account for a long time. How can you not have a genuine return email address with it? Since the upgrade to 8. I fear that my dvd players also won't work although I don't know because I can't get Media Center to open.

    Microsoft is useless as the supposed fixes they suggest don't exist with my HP pc which is only a year old! I haven't had any problems at all. It works the same as 8 since I've given it a start menu already I'm stuck with a touchpad driver that doesn't support multi-touch! Both the OEM and generic Synaptics one don't work, however the previous version v16 worked but I've deleted it! I upgraded Windows 8. After all, the upgrade from 7 to 8 went off without a hitch.
